Zombie Wranglers
I didn’t expect too much going into Zombie Wranglers, the description reeked of a Zombie game made purely for kids. Something like last years, Monster Madness. I secretly hoped that was just the art style and the game itself would be more reminiscent of Zombies Ate My Neighbors.
The demo drops you off in a suburban town and your job is to complete objects (most of which involved killing a certain number of zombies) you kill zombies by using standard attacks or sucking them into you zombie eating vacuum. You get more points for capturing them. There are several power-ups around that you can purchase which let you move faster or provide other helpful powers.
The game seems designed for a co-op experience, and it does feel like it’s trying to capitalize on the current Left 4 Dead craze. But in the end it just isn’t fun.
