Orbyx: Mystic Orbs of Chaos Demo
I downloaded this demo as the visuals looked pretty interesting. I selected the game from the games menu, went through the menu, and immediately couldn’t believe what I was playing.
In case you didn’t read the earlier post or couldn’t guess from the video (go get your eyes checked if the it’s the second one), THIS IS PEGGLE.
It’s not even an innovative take on Peggle, there’s nothing new. The rainbows and unicorns have been replaced by a darker fantasy theme, but in the end it’s exactly the same.
Is that a good or bad thing, I’m not sure, that’s up to you. I personally think it’s too blatant a rip-off. If you’re dying for some more console Peggle action you might want to pick up for only 400 MS points ($5), but if you don’t own Peggle, I would recommend just getting that.
Unless of course you’re the kind of person who buys really cheap beer and tell yourself it’s just as good…..
… it’s not.
