The Lost Planet 2 Co-Op demo is currently available on XBL. I’m pretty excited for this game, as the original Lost Planet is one of my favorite 360 games. It’s a very fun 3rd person shooter with tons of weapons, mechs, and giant bugs to destroy on a frozen planet. The game came out at an ideal time in the 360 life filling the gap between Gears of War, and everything that came later.
The Lost Planet 2 demo contains one mission which can be played single player, or online with up to 4 players. The mission is basically a huge boss fight. There’s not much to say except it’s a huge boss, and there’s a ton of ways to take it down there are tons of weapons and mechs lying around. Check out the video, and download the demo if you’re interested. If you haven’t played it I recommend picking up the Lost Planet Colonies Edition, you can find it around for less than $20 now and it’s well worth that. Even as just a refresher until Lost Planet 2 comes out!
